August 14th, 2023 – Increased HOA

The board approved raising the HOA fees to $399 due to rising costs of insurance and inflation in general everywhere.

Reminders:

  • We have noticed that people have decided to modify the exterior of the buildings by putting up cameras, satellite dishes, etc. without permission from the Board of Directors.

    This is a direct violation of the Condo Association’s Rules and Regulations.
    If you want to make modifications, Board Permission is needed in writing signed by either the President or Vice President of the Board.

    If you are a contractor installing these items without written consent from The Board, you will be asked to remove them at your expense.
    Otherwise, you run the risk of The Board having them removed.
  • Due to the number of new people in residence who have not been screened, owners and residents are going to be notified to have this situation rectified immediately.
