Please Read Thoroughly. Renters need to be made aware of the rules as well.
This form is required only for rental situations, not new purchases.
You must also include a copy of the lease or your application will be denied.
The Owner must occupy/own the unit for no less than three years before any new rental lease is approved.

We had our Milestone Inspection done which is required by law and passed.

Condo documents and bylaws are available for purchase by prospective buyers for $75. Please contact [email protected] if you need such documents.
Requests for Estoppel/Questionnaire certificates carry a fee of $125. Regular mail or drop off through our office door mail slot only. We cannot accept FedEx, etc.
As a reminder, ANY person staying in a unit on the property for more than two weeks in a year is considered a resident and must be screened according to the bylaws of the Condo Association.
$100 Application fee per person over 18 years of age. Make checks payable to Middle River Homes.
