Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Florida Statutes and the By-laws of Middle River Homes Condominium Association, Inc., that a Special meeting of the Board of Directors of Middle River Homes Condominium Association, Inc., will be held at the Pool area, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14th, 2021, for the following purpose.

“TO ADOPT AN ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE 2022 FISCAL/CALENDAR YEAR.”

“TO ADOPT AN ANNUAL RESERVE BUDGET FOR THE 2022 FISCAL/CALENDAR YEAR”

At this time, we propose a $25.00 increase in association fees. If approved at the meeting, $285.00 will be due January 1st.

Regular Association meeting agenda to be posted, 48 hours in advance, as per Florida Statutes, and Condominium Documents.
