Good evening,

We all got a copy of the Notice of Required Building Safety Inspection in the mail today as individual homeowners.

This inspection was completed on Thursday.  There is nothing you need to do as an individual owner.

Florida Engineering will be preparing and submitting the reports and necessary forms for our Association.  Those reports should be available in the next 2 weeks.  They will present their findings to the Board and any interested  owners.

That meeting will be our next Board meeting.  The date will be announced as soon as we get on their calendar.
