Thanks to all who attended in person and via zoom last night.

The amended budget was approved by the Board of Directors.  

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2023 THE HOA FEE IS $399.  Please update your bank if you use them to issue your check.

The Board voted to proceed with the required Building Safety Inspection and reserve study.  The cost will come out of Reserves.

THERE WILL NOT BE A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO PAY FOR THE INSPECTION.
