TO ALL MEMBERS

The Annual Meeting of Middle River Homes Condominium Association, Inc. shall be held on Monday, January 30th, 2023, at the Middle River Homes (poolside), 2912 NE 8th Terrace, Oakland Park, Florida, 33334, at 6:00 P.M., for the purpose of electing directors and any other business which would properly come before the meeting.

Any individual desiring to be a candidate for the Board of Directors must submit their name to the Association by mail, or hand delivery addressed to the Association at 2912 NE 8th Terrace, Oakland Park, Florida 33334, on or before December 21st, 2022. Enclosed with this Notice is a form that may be used for that purpose. Every candidate must also provide a fully executed Candidate Certification form, which is also enclosed. In addition, at the option of any candidate that submits their name for candidacy, an information sheet about that individual’s background and qualifications may also be submitted. The information sheet must only be on one side of the paper and not larger than 8-1/2 inches by 11 inches. Both the Candidate Certification form and information sheet must be received by the Association no later than December 26th, 2022.

A Ballot containing the names of all candidates shall be sent to all Members with the Second Notice of the Annual Meeting no later than January 15th, 2023.
